1. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued only as store credit in the form of a non-expiring digital gift card.

We do not provide refunds to credit cards, bank accounts, PayPal, or any other original payment method.


2. Refund Timeline

Store credit will be issued within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.


3. Non-Eligible Returns

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items returned after the 7-day return period.
  • Items not in their original and returnable condition.
  • Shipping costs.
  • Taxes and customs fees.

4. Store Credit

Digital gift cards never expire and may be used on any future purchase.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
